Login Process
Description
Launch the application using the desktop icon or typing in the search box “Digital ID”.
User Login Details
Your username is provided by your administrator in your company or by a WhoYou support agent.
Please enter your details and then click the Login Button.
If logging in with an ID Number
Login process using ID Number and password.
- Default Username = ID Number
- Default Password = ID Number
ID Number is used in both fields as the default login provided to you during user registration.
Login with Print Button
This function allows login using fingerprints captured and stored against the users vault.
Capture Bulk Button
This button is used to access the Offline feature of the Vault Application.
Forgotten Password
When clicking this a pop-up will provide details on how to reset your password.
Once Logged In
Description
Once you have logged in, you will be able to see the company that your user profile is linked to. If your profile is linked to more than one company, you can click the dropdown to choose which company you want to work with.
This screen allows users to view existing vaults or create new ones by entering their unique vault identifier.
For South Africans - we use either the ID Number or Passport
If you would like to view a non South African vault, you will change the Country to the individual's nationality and then enter their unique Identity number.
