Description
The vault is where each individual’s personal information, biometrics and check results are stored. New Checks are submitted here.
Interface Buttons
Enrol Fingerprints
- Enrol Vault Fingerprints.
Verify Fingerprints
- Verify Stored Vault Fingerprints.
Add Photo
- Add Photo to vault, this will update the profile picture.
Add Document
- Add documents to the vault’s media items.
Vault Reference
- This is the vault reference used to keep notes or in check activity window sort vault by a Free Text field.
Create Report
- Create Report of checks completed on the vault.
Vault Refresh
- Refresh vault checks
Vault Navigation
Profile Photo
The profile photo is captured and replaced during the Photo capture process of Digital ID called Add Photo.
Demographic information
Demographic information includes information related to the ID number provided.
By default an IDV Check – Identity verification is performed when the vault is first created.
HANIS Verification Status
This identifier is updated by captured biometrics using Enrol Fingerprints button and validating against DHA using DHA Fingerprint verification Check.
Media Items and Reports
Using the View button, you can open additional windows where users can manage their document.
Check reports are also stored in the media subsystem.
