Generating Reports in Digital ID

Reporting Process
Reports are generated with 3 parts.
- Cover Page - Detailing personal information like ID number, DHA/Captured Profile Photo, Check report itinerary and an Appendix items like additional documents.
- Check result PDF's - PDF are created when the results of a check are returned to the client. These reports are then also added to the final report generated by the client.
- Appendix - These are additional document which the client can add to the report.
Reporting Check Types
Reporting has quick-select option if the user wants to create an instant report containing demographic information and the selected check type reports.
List of Check types on quick select options
- Latest Checks - All latest checks returned with reports
- Latest Checks for all types and all vendors - Returns all check reports including from different vendors
- Latest Credit Checks from all bureaus - All latest Credit Checks returned with reports
- All Credit Checks from all bureaus - Returns all check reports including from different vendors
- Latest IDV Check - Returns latest IDV report.
Creating your own Report in Digital ID

Reporting is treated as a check type of Digital ID and can be performed the same way as any other check within the application.
- Navigate to the vault which you want the report created for.
- Ensure all the required checks for this individual has been performed and Check is completed with results received.
- Once you are confident of the above, click on Create Report button next to Add Document.
- Select Quick Report or Create your own

Creating your own report function allows you to build your own report.
Left contains the Reports which are available.
Click the Tick Box to add to the report.

Middle contains the reports which have been added to the comp report.

Right side allows you the add the Appendix documents to the report.

Navigation buttons
The navigation buttons below allow you to switch between the different check reports which are available to add.
Add Extra Info Button - This allows you to add additional demographic information like different residential address.
