WhoYou Home Affairs Mobile App

WhoYou Mobile installed app does require you to register with the company code provided by WhoYou.

Steps to register:

• Open the app.
• Tap on "Register".
• Provide your valid ID Number.
• Input the provided "Company Code".
• Tap "Register".
• Select a Registration Type "Face" or "Finger". (Use the below Face and Fingerprints sections to assist with Capture.)
• Tap "Verify".
• If successful you will get a registration is complete window.
• Tap "Login".

The company Identifier is used to enroll in a company, the selection of this is done on the app, under your profile top right of the Home Page.

Key Notes:

• Remove head covers or facial masks. (Head Phones included)
• Avoid Shadows on the face capture.

Ensure good lighting and a plan background.

How to capture Face

Tap or select "Face".

Read the "Guidelines".

Face capture tips, Ensure to remove hats and Glasses. Avoid any Shadows on your Face. 

Tap "Next" to Start.

If successful you will get a registration is complete window.

For Registration you will need to take a photo of all 5 fingerprints of each hand.

The app will request which fingerprint is needed next.

Align the finger in the box provided

Read the prompts for guidelines. e.g Please hold, Move hand further away as seen in the below image.

DHA Verification Capture.

This capture will take a photo of "Only 2 thumb images".

Ensure good lighting and a plan background.

Follow the steps below from the Home page.

• Input a Valid RSA ID Number.
• Tap verify identity with "Finger".
• Accept the online consent form.
• Read the Guidelines for capture
• Tap "Next" to Start.
• If successful you will get a results window.

Face capture of the verification report is the same process as registration.

Please follow the steps below:

• Tap or select "Face".
• Accept the online consent form.
  
• Read the "Guidelines".
• Face capture tips, Ensure to remove hats and Glasses. Avoid any Shadows on your Face.
• Tap "Next" to Start.
• If successful you will get a results window.

To use the WhoYou Portal you will need to set you own password to login.

After login on the mobile is complete follow the steps below:

• Tap on "Account".
• Select "Password".
• Tap the "Enable" Slider.
• Provide a Valid Password
• Once complete tap "Save"
• Notification will be provided indicating password was saved.

You are now ready to login with Password on WhoYou Mobile app and WhoYou Portal.

Reports for captures done by the logged-in user are viewable on the Mobile App.

Follow the below steps to access the reports from the Home Page.

• Tap "History"
• Listed below are the checks performed and their results PDF.
• Tap the a selection to see the prelim reports (Note: The app will use the default PDF view on device.)
• Tap "Share" or "Download" to view the PDF Document.
