WhoYou Home Affairs Windows

Steps to login:

• Launch the WhoYou Windows app using the URL link or the Desktop icon.
• Input your RSA ID Number.
• Click "Login" button.
• Provide 1 of the 4 registered fingerprint - the application will indicate which one is needed.
• After scanning click "Next".

Login is complete and you will now see the image below.

Company Selection will only appear if you are registered to more than 1 company, this selection is done before landing on the home page right after login, a drop down list is provided to select the company.

• Click "Set user Password" Button
• Provide a password - 6 Characters, 1 Upper and Lower case and 1 number is needed.
• Click "Set Password".
• App will redirect you to the home page if successful.

WhoYou Windows app uses the same method to capture for a Home Affairs check.

Steps to start capture, from the home page.

• Provide a Valid RSA ID Number in the ID Number field.
• Click "Verify" button.
• Provide the requested fingerprints using the Fingerprint Scanner Capture Guide below.

Below image is to assist with capturing the best quality image using biometric devices. Predominantly Windows operated fingerprint devices.

Image below indicates the scanner is ready and waiting for input, once the capture is done.

Click "Next" to continue to the next fingerprint.

After all 4 fingerprint are captured the reporting window will be displayed with the result, below is a ledger to assist with understanding the result.

Green - Successful match was found.

Amber - Partial Match was found, however not enough to pass (try again).

Red - Failed to match the fingerprint (try again).

Windows reporting for WhoYou is found on the WhoYou windows app under History, listed here are the captured results for the current logged-in user.

Click on "View" to see the report of the verification.
