How to Install the Sagem MSO 300 Device

Sagem Device MSO 300 is used to perform criminal checks via the Digital ID application, below is the process to install the drivers for the MSO 300 device.

Download the Drivers from our Website
https://www.whoyou.co.za/support/
Select the Option which fits with your computer (64Bit) is the most common one.
Extract and run the Installation
Once Downloaded, open your Downloads Folder.
Open and extract the file within the ZIP folder.
Double click or Right click and Run the installation package.
!IMPORTAINT!
Ensure to Remove/Unplug the device before installing the drivers.
Complete Installation
Click Finish to complete the installation.
Plug the device into your computer again and navigate to your Device Manager.
